Founded by Bobby Sullivan, Silverback Sports is built on a lifelong passion for decorated apparel. Bobby’s journey began at just 13 years old, working in the basement screen printing shop of a friend’s family-owned sporting goods store in Rochester, NH.

In 2006, Bobby moved to Florida and joined Team IP in Port St. Lucie as Production and Operations Manager, leading the custom apparel division. He later transitioned into corporate sales, where he developed a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. Recognizing a gap in the market for personalized attention and faster turnaround times, Bobby founded Silverback Sports in 2011 to provide a better, more hands-on service.

Operating out of our 3,000 sq. ft. facility in Port St. Lucie, we use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver professional, high-quality work to every client. We’re proud to manufacture 100% of our products in the USA and to have earned multiple accolades, including 10 "Best in Business" awards for Screen Printing and Embroidery and three nominations from Impressions Magazine for "Best in Screen Print.”

Do you ship orders, or is local pickup available?

We offer both! You can pick up your order at our location in Port Saint Lucie, FL, or we can arrange shipping to your desired location.

What is digitizing, and why do I need it for embroidery?

Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. This ensures your design is accurately stitched with the best quality and detail.
