Dye Sublimation Services

Dye Sublimation is an artisticly unique process that allows you to print high-quality images directly onto t-shirts and other fabric materials. You know those "high-end" t-shirts you see at department stores that professionally integrate graphics into the fabric pattern? Our Dye Sublimation services allow you to get the same kind of shirt - but with your own graphics. Unlike traditional screen printing, Dye Sublimation becomes one with the fabric leaving no noticable print texture on the apparel surface.

Dye Sublimation works best on 100% polyester material for the best image and color quality. 50/50 cotton/poly fabrics can be used but will result in a faded vintage look. Dye sublimation can also be incorporated into the entire surface area of a t-shirt including front, back and the sleeves but does require specific pre-printing requirmenets that we can disucss with you once we learn a little about your project.
